I am writing this to show you, the reader, that the AIPT does give your career a boost in learning the latest in pharmaceutical technological skills needed to excel in today's competitive job market. Even if you don't possess a degree or are degreed, without basic skills no one will answer your ads. Belive me, I know this from personal experience.

I had left an internationally known company's lab after two years; realizing that there were no advancement opportunities even if I had stayed there for one or ten more years. Through 340 intense job searches and 20 interviews in 10 months I could find nothing well paying to support my family. It was only through the AIPT and their LC/GC training that I received 40 inquiries and 14 interviews in 8 weeks that led to my new job with Cambrex International. I will continue to use the resources of the AIPT as I progress to my goal of a career with one of the top 25 New Jersey pharmaceutical corporations.

Don't let anyone tell you there are no jobs out there and that this is a jobless recovery. If you want a job any job will do. If you want a career you will need the training, determination and persistence to have preparation meet opportunity resulting in success of your goal.
